I began my real estate journey in 2006 in Las Vegas, Nevada where I was stationed at the time.  In 2012, I relocated along with my family to the San Antonio area where I received my Realtor License in Texas.  I decided to open Core Values in 2015 (as Owner and Broker) with a distinct focus on military relocation, relocations of all types, move-up homebuying, investment properties, first time homebuying, and land acquisition all with the goal of providing a positive impact to the local and military communities.  We have a keen awareness of military Permanent Change of Station (PCS) cycles, Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates, and market value trends in all areas of the greater San Antonio area. We also have realtors that service the Austin, Dallas, and Houston areas to better serve broader state of Texas.

My wife Lashanda and I have been married since 1996 and have 3 wonderful daughters – Nadia (US Air Force), Nina, and Naomi.

Education, Awards and Certifications

I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Masters in Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.

I am also a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.

Military Affiliation

I am a 20 year Veteran of the United States Air Force with countless experiences including Basic Military Training (BMT), Airman Leadership School (ALS), Non Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), Officer Training School (OTS), Squadron Officer School (SOS), along with multiple overseas deployments and assignments.

I am also a proud military parent with a daughter (Nadia) that serves in the United States Air Force.
